Heart 2 Heart Prayer Ministries exists to help you pray.

We are an interdenominational Christian ministry focusing on prayer combined with music.
We provide CDs filled with scripture and songs to support you as you pray.
Each song is an intercessory prayer meant to assist & inspire the prayer warrior in all of us.

We currently have two completed projects:

The first CD is for everyone in a parental role,either natural or spiritual, who are praying for the children God has called them to be responsible for.
It's called "A Father's Heart"

This second project is a compilation of prayers for those with a call to pray for their community, neighborhoods, offices and other places of influence.
It's called "A Heart for the City"
